COMPLEX BUSINESS SERVICES
Dagomys Complex has a large potential for reception
and service of congress tours, workshops, symposia, congresses and
presentations. For that purpose the Complex has 8 conference halls:
• Conference
Hall ¹1, 2, 3 - for 100 people each ( Hall
N1 - with facilities for simultaneous translation into
1 language) ,
• Session
Room N1, 2 – for 10 people each,
• Blue
Lounge Room – for 60 people,
• Turquoise
Lounge Room – for 120 people
• Concert
Hall for 1000 people with facilities for simultaneous
translation into 4 languages , new
lighting engineering equipment, all necessary organizational
technical devices, satellite long-distance and international
communication. Most halls and rooms have air conditioning.
To hold exhibitions
and fairs the Complex also uses the area of main entrance lobby, lobby
of a concert hall “Agat” restaurant area.
The
halls are equipped with:

slide-projector, graph-projector

VHS, DVD players
•
TV Sets
•
sound boosters
•
sound systems
•
radio microphones
•
other equipment.
The
following services are also offered:
- specialist
technical services
- interpreter
services
- art-decor services
A
customer is also able to use the following office equipment:
- fax
- computer
- photocopy machine
- scanner
In accordance with
the international standards Dagomys gives packages of offers for the
service of congress tours consisting of a set of necessary services
(banquets, formal meals, tea / coffe breaks).
A
customer can be supplied with any additional equipment by a beforehand
request.
